Jesus in sports

My article was about God in sports. This columist wrote this article about how he thinks its odd for these quarterbacks always say that everything they do on the field is because of God. He wrote about how college quarterbacks like Colt McCoy and Tim Teebow the first things they say on their post game comments are that they thank god for what happened in the game. In my oppinion there isn't anything wrong with with an athlete believing that something of an higher power has an effect on how they play the game. I dont know if it would have an effect on the outcome of the game but i do believe that it would effect how the player plays. Then he talks about how Kurt Warners story of how he went from being cut by Greenbay and working in a grocery store then going on to win a Super Bowl and two MVP awards then being cut by the Rams and Giants and now getting ready to lead the Cardinals to the Super Bowl. Kurt says he owes it all to his faith in God.

President Bush's Farewell

I read the article about president Bush and his final speach. He talked about 9/11 and how the US hasen't been attacked sense then. Bush thanked America for the opportunity of serving as president. He appologised to those people who thought he made wrong disissions and said that he made the choices he thought were best at the time. President Bush also enchouraged the new president and was supportful for the new change and wished president Obama luck. He also commented on the quality of the people of the United States and was greatful for them. I thought it was a good article and i enjoyed reading it.
